AWANA REPLACEMENT FEES: If for some reason you need to replace a lost or damaged uniform, handbook or awards, please see the secretary in the Awana Command Center (located in the large 1st/2nd grade Worship Center). You may pay with cash or credit card. Don't forget to check with your leader first or our Lost and Found!

Handbook & Awards
HANDBOOK EXPECTIONS: Clubbers are expected to work in their handbooks each week, and be prepared to recite verses/sections each club night. This takes parent participation, to check the work they’ve done, to spend time helping them understand the verses they’re memorizing, and of course to encourage them to practice as often as it takes to memorize those scriptures and allow them to penetrate the heart. We cannot emphasize enough, how important your partnership is in this program! Sections are to be recited in their entirety, including the reference. (Modified references are available for kids with delayed reading or comprehension skills.) When saying sections, no more than two helps are allowed per section. Once handbooks are completed, clubbers have the opportunity to work on AWANA-approved extra credit.
AWANA BUCKS: Your child will be earning Awana Bucks each week to spend in our Awana store. They can earn bucks for attendance, wearing their Awana vest/shirt (after they have received it), bringing their Bibles, participating in “theme” nights (shown on calendar). The Awana Store is open twice each session and parent help is appreciated! (Dates are on the calendar)
TEAM TROPHY: Teams will work together to earn the coveted golden CLUB TROPHY – team points are earned for wearing their uniforms, remembering their books, reciting verses, and behavior at each of the three Club sections: handbook, games and large group.
HANDBOOK AWARDS: You should receive a notice when your child will be receiving an award. You are welcome to join us during award time in the Large Group to celebrate with us. You may take pictures if you’d like, however if you are posting any pictures, make sure that you are only presenting your own child’s picture. When a child completes an entire handbook – they receive a book award!
Award Placement on uniform: Awards are to be displayed on the uniform and are either iron-on patches or pop-on jewels. There is a photo in the back of your Cubbies or Sparks club book to show where they go on their vest. T&T awards (which includes Adventure and Challenge clubs) can be placed on their uniform shirts any way the clubber would like to place them.
